The Great Canadian Clean Beauty Giveaway Rules and Regulations

 Eligibility:

 The contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of all participating brands, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively, the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the contest.

Contest Period:

The contest begins on June 24th, 2024 and ends on July 1st, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted after the contest period will not be considered.

How to Enter:

Participants must enter their email address on the giveaway entry page and agree to join the mailing lists of all participating brands to be eligible for the giveaway.

Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except at the discretion of the participating brands. The participating brands reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The draw will take place on July 2nd, 2024.

The winner will be notified via email within 3 days following the draw. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time, another draw will take place to select a new winner.

 Conditions:

By entering the contest, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the participating brands, which are final and binding.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, city of residence, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

By entering, participants agree to receive email communications from all participating brands. Participants can unsubscribe from the mailing lists at any time after the contest ends.

Privacy:

Any personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering the contest and will be handled in accordance with the privacy policies of the participating brands.

Limitation of Liability:

The participating brands are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or any errors which may occur in the administration of the contest or the processing of entries.

Governing Law:

The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws. The contest is void where prohibited by law. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be adjudicated in the applicable court in Toronto, Ontario.
