Shipping FAQs

1. What shipping carrier do you use? We ship through Canada Post. Orders destined to other countries will be delivered by the domestic mail carrier. 


2. How long will my products take to ship? It’s our goal to get your products to you as quickly as we can. We typically pack the order within 3 business days of receiving it. **Please note that orders placed between July 26 and August 2nd may take up to a week to be packed and shipped due to high order volumes.** After that shipping times vary depending on location. Please see below for more details. 

3. How much is shipping? We charge a flat rate on orders. We're pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $75 to Canada. Please see the chart below for shipping costs in Canada if your order total is below the free shipping threshold .

Any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be due at delivery.
