1. I’m trying to log into my account but it's not letting me. Our in store and online systems aren't able to talk to each other (we're working on changing that!) so if you've only shopped with us in store before you'll have to create a new online profile. If that's not the problem, please give us a call at (416) 925-2855 and we'll figure it out for you.
2. I’m not satisfied with my purchase. Do you accept returns? At Consonant we're confident that you'll love your products. If you're not, we're proud to offer a 100% guarantee on all of our products purchased on consonant.com or at one of our Consonant stores. If you’re not satisfied for any reason please call (416) 925-2855 or e-mail email@example.com and we’ll work with you to make it right.
If you would like a refund, you will be asked to return the products back to us along with proof of purchase. Once we get the product back we will issue a refund less the cost of shipping; shipping is non-refundable. We're sorry but we are not able to cover the cost of return shipping. You are responsible for getting the product back to us. An online order may be returned to a Consonant store.
We are only able to issue a return for a specific product one time (i.e. we will only refund you for an olive oil soap one time). Products that you have returned for a refund in the pass are final sale.
3. What payment methods do you accept online?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal. Order data is encrypted so all credit card information is safe and secure.
4. I’d rather place my order over the phone. Is that possible? We love phone orders! Please call (416) 925-2855. As an added bonus, when you order over the phone we will enroll you in our valuable Friends with Benefits rewards program, only available through our store and over the phone.
5. I’m having trouble with one of my products. What should I do? If you’re ever unsatisfied with any product please call us at (416) 925-2855 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
6. I just placed an order and want to make a change. What should I do? Please call us at (416) 925-2855 as soon as you can after placing the order. If we’re able to catch the shipment before it is sent out we’re glad to facilitate the change.
7. Do I earn Friends with Benefits Points with online orders? Our Friends with Benefits Points Program is a reward program that we developed to say thank you to our best customers. It is free to join and has some wonderful benefits. If you would like your online purchase to count towards your points balance, please leave us a note at checkout saying that you are a FWB Member and we will manually apply the points.Click here for more info on our FWB program.
8. I'm a Live Green Member. How do I get my discount? Please call the shop at (416) 925-2855. We would be glad to process the order for you over the phone. You'll need to tell us your card number and the name on the card so we can process the discount.
