Shipping and Online Orders

We continue to ship all orders placed on As a small business, we sincerely appreciate your support and online orders during this crisis. While we are doing our best to pack and ship orders quickly, Canada Post is experiencing delays so your package may be a slower to arrive. We appreciate your patience.

If you would like curbside pickup please place your order on and select "in store pickup at Queen Street West" as your shipping option. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup. You may then come to our Queen Street West location and call 416-214-2855 to let the Regimen Coach know you're out front for pick up. This service is available Saturday 11AM - 6PM and Sunday 12PM - 5PM.

Consonant Community Programming

We have paused our community programming for the summer and it will return in the fall.

Consonant Stores and Facial Treatments

We are slowing opening our stores, starting with our Queen Street West location. It is open only on the weekend to start: Saturday 11AM - 6PM and Sunday 12PM - 5PM. 

The Consonant Yonge and Eglinton and PATH locations are closed and facial treatments are not available until further notice. We hope to be able to host you again soon!

How We're Protecting You In-Store

We will continue to modify and update our procedures as we get more information from the government.


  • For the safety of our staff and other customers we're asking all customers to please wear a mask in the store. If you don't have one we will have one for you at the front door.
  • If you're not comfortable wearing a mask please place your order online.
  • Customers are encouraged to only touch products they are buying. We will be disinfecting the products regularly.
  • We have placed plinths at cash to mark where to wait in line in order to maintain the proper social distance. 


  • All Regimen Coaches and other team members will take a temperature test before starting a shift.
  • Regimen Coaches will be required to wear a mask.
  • All team members must wash or disinfect their hands after every customer interaction.
  • Team members are asked to practice social distancing whenever possible.


  • Testers will be eliminated and samples will be not be offered until further notice.
  • We are operating on a cashless basis. Only debit, credit and gift cards will be accepted.
  • We have installed a protective acrylic shield at the cash desk.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the store for team and customer use.
  • There will be a limit 4 customers in store at a time to ensure there is enough space for social distancing. In the case of a line we'll work to move it as quickly as possible.
